You may also rent kayaks and get an even closer look at the sea life. Runners and bikers will love the rails to trails path, whose entry is just behind the house. Great local restaurants like the Quarterdeck and Seascape Restaurant featuring fresh seafood are close by, as are other great attractions like "The Oven" sea caves, famous lighthouses including Peggy's Cove and the scenic town of Lunenburg. The area abounds with local arts and crafts and visiting just a few can easily occupy a few days.
